Navasota Animal Shelter is hosting a month-long adoption event throughout April.
The shelter is discounting adoption fees for all dogs and cats to $35 per animal for the month of April in a special Clear the Shelter adoption event. Regular adoption fee is upwards of $100.

The event begins 10 a.m. at the community center, 8369 Railroad Avenue, Anderson Tx. 77830 and continues until 5 p.m. A free Easter Egg hunt for children is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Food trucks will also be available.
