Thanks to Kristie and Kallum Evans for all they did to give Walker a spectacular celebration. The party was Grinch themed including decorations, table settings, cake, special gift bags for the kiddos, backdrop for photos with the Grinch and tree and even a human Grinch. I wanted a picture with the Grinch, but Bree would not be on it with me.

Read moreThe monthly food pantry held in the fellowship hall at Iola Missionary Baptist Church Dec. 21 was well attended. All sort of good food including canned goods, turkey, bread, fresh vegetables and more were distributed. Around 100 people came for food and the food distributed will feed around 278 people. The pantry is open the third Saturday each month and is open to anyone that needs a helping hand.
