Did you catch Gene Stapleton’s letter to the editor regarding Darrell Hall roadway issues? Please share your thoughts and suggestions on these issues and please encourage your elected officials to help find workable solutions to these longstanding problems.

Please join us Saturday, Feb. 22, beginning at 11 a.m. at the Pit Stop Café, when Bedias will come out in support of our mail carrier, Roy Willis. Tina will serve her pulled pork sandwich plates and please bid in our silent auction. Roy has been serving Bedias area postal patrons for many years and now it is our chance to show our appreciation and support in return.

The Bedias Women’s Club meets Thursday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m., at the Bedias Civic Center. Our February program will feature an update by Grimes County Commissioner Chad Mallett. All area women are encouraged to attend and participate in women’s club activities.
