Youthful Lady Rattlers begin season

The Navasota Lady Rattlers opened the season with a 10-0 loss to the Montgomery Lady Bears Feb. 14. Navasota’s young team started two seniors, one junior, three sophomores and three freshmen. Sophia Trejo pitched a strong game in her first outing. Mahayla Ybarra tracks a ball in centerfield for the out. Mallory Busa takes a big swing against the Lady Bears to begin her senior season.
