The Navasota City Council held two public hearings Jan. 13 for applications to change the zoning of two properties from Agriculture/Open Space District to Planned Unit Developments (PUDs). The request from Grimes Altamira LLC for the proposed 380-home development off SH 90 at FM 3455 was approved during the Regular Meeting.
