Junior deputies pinned by GCSO

Courtesy photos Members of the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office visited local schools to read to students and teach them about how they serve the community. Students were also taught how not to become victims of crime and who to contact in case of an emergency. Participating students from Iola, Richards, Anderson-Shiro and High Point Elementary schools were pinned with a junior deputy badge and received a magnet with law enforcement contact information.
