Hats off to Plantersville-Stoneham VFD

Grimes County Fire Departments joined Plantersville-Stoneham VFD to celebrate Firefighter’s Appreciation Day May 2. Three PSVFD firefighters were presented service awards – Shaun Holmes, 20 years and David Waters and Eric Lathrop, 5 years each. PSVFD Fire Chief Jessica Bomar receives one of the new helmets purchased by their board of directors. All PSVFD firefighters received a new helmet.
