• Relay for Life Paws for A Cause Dog Walk will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26, at the August Horst Pavilion. Proceeds benefit Relay for Life of Grimes County. • Movie Night – “Marry Me” hosted by the Navasota Puiblic Library Monday, March 28, at 5:30 p.m.

• NHS Junior-Senior Prom is April 2, 2022 at The Brazos Center in Bryan, with an After Prom Party following at NHS. Tickets are on sale in Michele Harrington’s office at NHS through February 28 for $50, which includes a t-shirt. The theme is “A Picture-Perfect Night in Paris”. • Grimes County Go Texan 16th Annual Crawfish Boil. All you can eat Crawfish, Sausage, Corn and Potatoes Saturday, April 16, at the Grimes County Expo Center. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Table for 10 $450; Tickets at the door $50. Seating is limited.
April 30
• NHS Class of 1972 Reunion will be having their 50th Class Reunion – Navasota Class of 1972 Saturday, April 30, 2022, at the Navasota Community Center, 101 Stadium Dr, Navasota, TX. • Anderson Volunteer Fire Department Annual Steak Dinner, Auction and Gun Raffle Saturday, May 14, 6 p.m., at the KC Hall.
First Monday
• The Grimes County Republican Party meets at 7 p.m. the first Monday of each month at the Anderson Community Center, 415 Hill St. in Anderson.
Second Tuesday
• The Grimes County Democrats meet at 6:30 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at the Progressive Outreach Center located at 615 W. Virginia St. in Navasota.
• The Richards Township Association holds their monthly meetings at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month at the Richards Fire Department.
