The Bedias Women’s Club will meet tomorrow afternoon at 2 p.m.,Thursday, June 27, at the Bedias Civic Center. Their program will be “Line Dancing.” All Bedias area women are invited and encouraged to attend and participate in all women’s club activities.
The Bedias “Wit & Wisdom” art exhibition continues at the “Bedias Bungalow Bed & Breakfast” located at 3747 Magnolia St from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This exhibition runs Monday through Thursday until Monday, July 8. Everyone is welcome to join us for this unique exhibition, and please look for notices on how you can see more of the exhibit around town over the next couple of weeks. You may even purchase some of the art for your home, if so inclined.
We are l ooking forward to Thursday, July 4, as the Bedias Civic Club is planning a big Independence Day celebration, including free hotdogs with all the trimmings and watermelon until we run out. We will have our fireworks show starting at dark. Please come join us and bring your family & friends.
Wednesday, July 10, the Grimes County Health Resource Center will host a Senior Health & Activity Day, featuring bingo, lunch and a guest speaker. Call 936-870-4575, by July 3, to reserve your spot and to learn more about Health Resource Center services and programs.

We have been offering refreshing and uplifting Christian films at Faith Outreach Christian Center, in Navasota for the last 18 months, our next film. “A Promise to Astrid” will be shared Sunday, July 14, at 5 p.m. Please plan to join us and please encourage your friends and neighbors to attend with you and your family.
