I am passing the baking jobs down to my two grandchildren in Lyons. Bean won Grand Champion for his pecan pie with chocolate drizzle and Bree won second for her pineapple cake and third on her cookies at last week’s Burleson County Fair. Maybe my “baker’s knee” can heal now.
