Brazos Valley Electric Power Cooperative Inc. (Brazos Electric) — which is the primary wholesale electrical provider for MidSouth Electric Cooperative in Navasota announced it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Due in part to the extreme weather conditions that swept through Texas beginning Valentine’s Day which caused unexpected financial obligations, Brazos Electric said they initiated this financial restructuring to maintain the stability and protect the integrity of its entire system.

In Dec. 2020, Lagertha was named Miss World 2020 for the Santa Gertrudis Breed. Adding a National Champion female and National Champion Best of Polled female to the list. Harrington is the daughter of Cole and Cristi Harrington and granddaughter of Jerome and Jane Urbanosky and JimBoy and Michele Harrington.
