ALBERT WAYNE FINNIE, JR.

On July 31, 1998, Barbara Williams and Albert Finnie, Sr. welcomed their precious baby boy, Albert Wayne Finnie, Jr., in Bryan, Texas.

Albert completed his elementary and middle school years at College Station ISD and Bryan ISD. He completed his last four years of school at Navasota ISD. Albert graduated from Navasota High School in 2017. After high school graduation, he furthered his education and attended the Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Houston, TX where he earned his certification in Diesel Mechanics.

Albert was such a kind-hearted person who loved animals and deeply loved his family and friends. He was a man who always put others be fore himself and helped others the best way he could.

On June 25, 2021, Albert made his transition from Earth to Heaven. He is preceded in death by his adopted farther Harry Lowery; niece, Nia Hester; paternal grandparents, Coleman and Sammie Finnie; as well as his aunts and uncles.

Albert leaves to cherish his wonderful memories his mothers, MaryAnn Lowery and Barbara Williams; father, Albert Finnie, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Gwendolyn Williams; two sisters, Naje’ Williams, Daysia Hester; God-sister, Yevett

King; five brothers, Quin’Darrian Hester, Ty’Drayvion Hester, Ty’Dree Finnie, Akail Jefferson, Don’Torian Finnie; two God-brothers, Micheal Fletcher and Thaddius Elliott; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday July 3, 2021, at Crossing Community Church, 15898 Hwy 6, in Navasota. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at the Church Saturday, July 3, 2021, beginning at 12 p.m.

Albert passed away June 25, 2021 in College Station, Texas.
