Socks for Seniors.com

Miller Insurance Agency has launched its fifth annual “Socks for Seniors” campaign, to provide socks to local senior citizens.

During the tenure of the program, nearly 1,000 pairs of socks have been distributed to help keep the feet of seniors warm during the winter months.

Individuals, groups, organizations and businesses are urged to make donations of new socks of any style and size. Collections are ongoing through Wednesday, Dec. 18, and a collection box is located at the Miller Insurance Agency Office, 220 E. Washington Street in Navasota. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.
