The Wishing Tree

In the eyes of God children are Angels and sometimes those precious Angels are in need. The Grimes County District Attorney’s Office invites you to assist those Angels through “The Wishing Tree.”

Simply pick an Angel which represents a child from The Wishing Tree and purchase gifts for them. You may also assist the Angel’s family by selecting a stocking from the tree and purchasing groceries for the family.

Other forms of donations that will be helpful this season are the donation of canned or nonperishable food items, wrapping paper or tape (used to wrap gifts donated) and monetary donations.

Donations are due by Monday Dec. 16, at 5 p.m. Gifts should be unwrapped and delivered in a bag to the Grimes County District Attorney’s Office, 1022 Highway 90 in Anderson.
