A Friend to those in need

Friends of Grimes County showed their support for local youth with a $500 donation to Navasota Police Department’s Operation Blue Santa. The organization also donated money to support SWAT training for two Navasota Police Officers. Donations are possible through events hosted by Friends of Grimes County including Bubba Can Cook and the Grimes County Gun Show. Pictured left to right: Friends of Grimes County President Dianna Westmoreland, NPD Officer Jonathan Hadley and Geralyn Backus with Navasota PD.
