Anderson-Shiro’s Brooklyn Byars-Cosby was crowned 2023 Grimes County Fair Queen during the kick-off dance June 3. She is a member of Anderson-Shiro FFA. Little Texas headlined the kick-off dance celebrating 30-years on the music scene.
