Officer Garcia celebrates his retirement

After 25 years of service to the City of Navasota, 13 which were served with Navasota Police Department, Officer Mike Garcia celebrated his retirement. During the retirement recognition March 21, Dispatcher Moon dispatched 9323’s final 10-42 (ending tour of duty), “9323 received 10-42 for the last time. Thank you for your 25 years of service to the City of Navasota – 13 of those years to the Navasota Police Department. You will be missed. Enjoy retirement, Sir. 16:46.”
