The Navasota Lady Rattlers flew past the Snook Lady Bluejays, 59-9, Friday, Dec. 31, at Rattler Gym.
Freshman Ariyah Curley led the Lady Rattlers balanced scoring attack with 13 points and 5 assists. Sophomore Bryanna Stokes had 12 points and 7 assists. Senior Da’Lyric Foster added 8 points and 5 rebounds.
Navasota begins District 24-4A competition on the road at Royal High School Friday, Jan. 7. Games are slated for a 5 p.m. tip for freshman, 6:15 p.m. for JV and varsity at 7:30 p.m. The Lady Rattlers return home Tuesday, Jan. 11, to host Bellville. JV will begin at 5 p.m. and varsity follows at 6:15 p.m.
