Lady Owls have strong start

ANDERSON – Anderson-Shiro is off to a fast start for the 2023 softball season picking up wins over Alpha Omega Academy and Mumford.

The Lady Owls defeated Alpha Omega in the season-opener 9-3. Jade Buchanan led the Lady Owls going 3-4 with two homeruns and four RBI’s. Ally White was 3-4 with two doubles and three RBI’s. Alysa Zehler finished with a pair of doubles. 

White picked up the win in the circle allowing nine hits, three earned runs and walking two in seven innings.

Anderson-Shiro defeated Mumford 7-0 (stats were not submitted).
