“The offense executed very well in the passing game,” said JV Head Coach Grant Glendening. “We had great protection up front led by Ariel Arevalo and had great route running by Evan Otto and Jaxson Bowman. Then Jace Jablonski was on target with his throws all night. Very excited about the production they displayed today and the whole year.”
Players of the game were Jablonski, Otto, Bowman, Ariel Arevalo, TJ Warren and Alex Lopez.
Navasota JV finished 9-1 on the year. They scored 33.7 points per game and limited opponents to 13.7 ppg. “We had a lot of guys step up and play new positions when other guys got moved up to varsity,” said Glendening. “They competed every day in practice, which led to them having great success in games. We are looking forward to watching this group grow and develop for the future.”
