Aimee Rebecca Younkin, 42, of Hilltop Lakes, Texas passed away unexpectedly in Ukiah, California on August 22, 2024. Services were 11 a.m. Saturday, September 21, at Lindley- Robertson- Holt Funeral Home in Navasota with Bob Shirley officiating. Interment followed at St. Stanislaus Columbarium in Anderson.

Born January 7, 1982 in Wichita Falls, Texas and raised in Fort Worth, Lubbock, then Longview, Texas where she attended Pine Tree High School, Aimee was a successful sales representative working for companies across the U.S. and making many friends along the way.

Aimee enjoyed blessing family and friends with her delicious home cooking and festive crawfish boils. Her captivating blue eyes and quick wit would brighten anybody’s day, and, like her father, Aimee never met a stranger. From the day her daughter Rylee Jo was born, she pierced her mother’s heart and lived there until the day Aimee died.

Her maternal grandparents, Henry and Meb Hartman; paternal grandparents, Anna and Bob Younkin; and uncle, Richard Hartman, all preceded her in death and welcomed her home.

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved daughter, Rylee Jo Knapp; parents, Justin and Peggy Younkin; sister, Kristin Younkin and her children, Dekota and Sierra Carpenter and Eli Younkin; brother, Adam Younkin; and Rylee’s father, Jimmy Knapp; along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Aimee’s family extends their heartfelt thanks for the love, support and prayers received during this difficult time and would appreciate continued prayers.
