Road closure notice

Thursday, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day the 100 Block of South Railroad St. (From Washington Ave. to McAlpine) will be closed from 5 to 8:30 p.m. due to the St Patrick’s Day Block Party Event.

This is the first free family-friendly block party in the newly renovated railroad district.

Live music will also be available in the lobby of the P.A. Smith Hotel with the smooth sounds of saxophonist Jack Carr. Rail & Rye will also feature live music on their rooftop bar.

Food is plentiful with Smoke Daddies BBQ, authentic Irish Food at P.A Smith, sweets from GiGi’s Creatopia and wash it down with a tea from Navasota Nutrition.
