Mother’s Day book reading
Courtesy photo Award-winning children's author Shanalee Sharboneau will be at Navasota Public Library May 15, to read from her latest book series, My Mama Loves Me: I'm Her Little Boy and My Mama Loves Me: I'm Her Little Girl.
In honor of Mother’s Day, Navasota Public Library will host a special book reading and signing May 1, with award-winning children’s author Shanalee Sharboneau.
The recent Navasota resident has been featured on numerous television and radio shows. Her books have been recognized by former First Lady Laura Bush, the President of Ireland Michael Higgins and others. Among her numerous national and international awards is the Royal Dragonfly Book Award for Best Children’s Picture Books age five and under.
Sharboneau will read from her latest book series, My Mama Loves Me: I'm Her Little Boy and My Mama Loves Me: I'm Her Little Girl. She will sign these and some of her other children’s books.
