Miller Insurance receives five star award

Miller Insurance Agency in Navasota has been named a recipient of the 2019 Five Star Home/ Auto Insurance Professional Award by Five Star Professional.

This is the ninth consecutive year Miller has been awarded this honor. “What a huge honor that our customers gave us this vote of confidence, and for the ninth year in a row. It is a tribute to our staff who provide service to our current and future customers each day,” said Bert Miller, president of Miller Insurance Agency.

Five Star partners with Texas Monthly magazine to conduct research to identify a select group of insurance professionals who are exceptional in both their ability and their commitment to overall satisfaction.

Fewer than 7 percent of over 26,000 licensed agents in the Houston/ College Station region were presented the award.

Five Star Professional surveyed, by mail and phone, more than 96,000 Houston/College Station region homeowners and 20,000 subscribers of Texas Monthly. Respondents were asked to evaluate only home and auto insurance professionals they know through personal experience. They were asked to evaluate the agency on categories such as overall satisfaction and whether they would highly recommend them to a friend or colleague.

Miller Insurance Agency will appear in a special section of the June 2019 Texas Monthly magazine.
