Meet the Candidates

Early voting for the 2022 Primaries begins Feb. 14, and The Examiner is releasing its special “Meet the Candidates” section Feb. 9.

Running for a political office is a step that few are willing to take and at times can be a difficult journey. The Examiner’s goal is to allow candidates a platform to reach out to their constituents without the hassle or political bias.

The special section allows candidates to purchase advertising space which includes bios or an editorial piece and a feature photo. Candidates who are fortunate enough to run unopposed are also encouraged to run an editorial piece or thank you advertisement to address your constituents. This is a great opportunity to publish a recap of recent success and future goals.

Advertisements are available in an array of sizes and price ranges. Allow our knowledgeable staff to assist you with introducing you and your political goals to your constituents.

Included in the special section are sample ballots, voting locations, voting hours, and other pertinent voting information

Deadline to purchase advertising space and submit your candidate bio and photo for the special section is Tuesday, Feb. 1. Don’t forget to remind your constituents the final day to register to vote in the 2022 Primaries is Monday, Jan. 31. Last day to apply for an application for Ballot by Mail is Friday, Feb. 18.
