Thousands celebrated Independence Day in Navasota at the annual Freedom Festival June 30. Festivities included a community parade, live music, celebrity dunking booth, cornhole tournament, food vendors, face painting and more. The night concluded with all eyes focused on the Navasota sky watching the fireworks show.
