DAR celebrates Constitution Week

The Robert Raines Chapter of DAR delivered Constitution kits to administrators or teachers at Navasota, Anderson-Shiro, Iola and Richards Junior High Schools. The kits will be used by eighth-grade history teachers during Constitution Week, Sept. 17-23. Included in each kit are fold-out Constitutions for each student, a video and a large copy of the Constitution which students can sign. In addition, a curriculum guide to assist the teachers with planning a timely educational Constitution lesson is provided.
