City hosts annual KidFish

Navasota will host its annual KidFish Saturday, May 11, at Patout Pond in front of Dove Crossing, from 9 a.m. till noon.

KidFish is a free event open to the public. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. the day of the event. The first 100 registrants will receive a free Navasota KidFish T-shirt.

Free hot dogs and snocones will be served. KidFish Foundation will provide fishing equipment and staff and volunteers will assist with knot tying, casting and fish identification.

KidFish 2019 is hosted by the city of Navasota and sponsored by the Navasota Noon Lions Club.
