2024 Crime Stoppers officers sworn in

Grimes County Crime Stoppers, Inc. swore in the 2024 president and vice president at its Dec. 7, meeting held at Classic Rock Coffee Co. & Kitchen in Navasota.
Debbie Grimes was selected as the new president and Johnny Sexton will serve at vice president. Outgoing president is Connie Clements.
Directors also received updates related to the newly hired Grimes County Sheriff’s Office narcotics officer, November tip activity from the community and school campuses and criminal activity throughout Grimes County from Tip Coordinator/GCSO Investigator James Racus and Navasota Police Chief Mike Mize.
The next GCCS meeting, Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024, will return to its regular location in Commissioners Court at the Grimes County Justice & Business Center, 270 FM 149 West in Anderson. Meetings begin at 6 p.m.
