There will be a Lil Dawgs youth football camp Thursday, Aug. 1, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. This one-day camp is free, available for children ages 5 to 12 and will take place at Iola Bulldog Stadium.

This is the inaugural Iola Youth Football camp that will begin taking place yearly. Train with the Iola High School coaching staff, using the most current exercises and techniques to develop skill and football knowledge. Meet with current and former players, coaches, parents and community members. If you have any questions, please contact head football coach Kerry Bramburg at kbramburg@iolaisd.net.

Iola Youth Athletics will have soccer sign ups July 27 at the Iola Community Center from 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Cross Baptist Church will host Vacation Bible School Monday, July 29, through Friday, Aug. 2, 2019. Bring your children for a fun-filled week discovering Jesus from Eternity Past to Eternity Future. VBS is for children in prekindergarten through sixth grade completed. Plan for your whole family to join the church Friday night for food and fun.
