Congratulations to the Iola varsity, junior varsity and junior varsity 2 volleyball teams. All three teams won the Fairfield volleyball tournament over the weekend. Way to go girls!

The Iola high school football store is now open until Aug.

Prekindergarten orientation is Aug. 15 at 6 p.m. Elementary meet the teacher night will be Aug. 19 from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Orientation and schedule pick up for seventh-graders will be Thursday, Aug. 15, at 6 p.m. Parents of seventh-graders are encouraged to attend to learn about policies and procedures regarding the secondary campus.

Classes for all Iola students begin Wednesday, Aug. 21.
