Carlos Missionary Baptist Church revival

Upcoming events in the community includes the monthly meeting of the Keith Civic Club which will meet at the Keith Community Center Thursday, Sept. 26. The meeting will begin with a covered dish meal at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed with their business meeting. All members are urged to attend, and all visitors are invited as well. Hope to see you there.

The Carlos Missionary Baptist Church will host a revival Sunday, Sept. 29, through Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 6:30 p.m. nightly. Brother David Saffle, pastor of Crossroads Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Richards will be bringing the services. All are invited to attend. Brother David is the son of the churches pastor brother Joe Saffle. Hope to see you there.

Several area residents attended the monthly meeting of the Pyramid Masonic Lodge No 593 in North Zulch, Tuesday, Sept. 17. The District Deuty Grand Masonic Lodge District 29-A, Leonard Cox of Kurten was present and brought the message from the Grand Master of Texas. There was a good meal served and a good lodge meeting.
