Sadness fell over our family this week with the loss of Rickey Binford, husband of Paula (Finke) Binford. We have known their family for many, many years and treasured their friendship. Rickey and Paula are especially special to Don and me because Dec. 28, 1985 (the day of their wedding) Don and I ran into each other at the wedding reception after not seeing one another for 14-15 years or so. We began to date the following week and the rest is history! I don’t think I know anyone else quite like Rickey. He was one of a kind. This unique “jokester” will be missed dearly by so, so many. His memory will truly last forever in our minds.
