All polling locations including the Keith and Iola locations will be open Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you don’t vote you don’t have a right to complain, so go out and vote. I know this was a Washington and Burleson County game played in College Station, but it was nerve-wracking for sure. Burton has a new football stadium but for some reason could not play there, so the game was at Brazos Christian Academy. It was an awesome game with Somerville winning, 42-41, in overtime. It was a good feeling to see those boys and coaches celebrating. This is the first time since 2006 that they beat Burton.
